This file contains only the arm-wince-pe-gdc binaries, associated binutils, and a small bit of documentation, built to run on x86-linux:
x86 Linux -> Arm Wince PE cross compiler binaries.

As for arm-wince-pe-gdc source files, they may be somewhat reliant on old binutil binaries that originated from the cegcc project back in late 2006 or early 2007 old binaries, libraries, specs, and miscellaneous stuff that I hacked together from various sources that I no longer remember (cegcc was one of them). Cegcc is probably the way of the future. To get source for the binutils (and the cegcc compiler, which could be useful for arm-wince-pe-gdc hacking) see http://cegcc.sourceforge.net/
